Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
A complete AST for single-household tenancies, including rent, deposit, break clauses, and landlord obligations under the Housing Act 1988.
Section 21 Notice
Serve a Form 6A Section 21 notice to recover possession at the end of or during an AST, without needing to prove fault.
Section 8 Notice
Serve a Section 8 notice when the tenant has breached the agreement — typically rent arrears (Ground 8) or persistent late payment (Ground 11).
Deposit Receipt
